Position: Administration Officer - Sales Operations Reference Number: TOP/FA/SSA/20190409

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to sales team and maintain day-to-day sales operation support
  • Prepare sales related reports for management review
  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain and update sales data and e-filing system
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Matriculated or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administrative support, preferably in construction industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated
  • Good team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
