Position: Engineer - Facilities Management Reference Number: GPM/ENG/20181116

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager to plan, coordinate and monitor the renovation and fitting out of the MEP facilities for all properties of the Group
  • Prepare tender documents and provide tender analysis and reports for all renovation projects
  • Perform vetting on fitting-out MEP work submission and conduct on-site inspection
  • Provide technical advices and resolve problems
  • Monitor and control all MEP works installation performed by contractors to ensure compliance with the statutory and technical requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  • Professional qualification from HKIE or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, preferably gained from developers, consultancy firms or property management companies
  • Experience in supervising contractors and project management is an advantage
  • Well versed in related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in MS applications, MS Project and AutoCAD
  • Good organization, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
