Position: Technical Support Assistant Reference Number: IT/TSA/20190218

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-users technical supports on hardware, network and application software
  • Maintain and administer accurate records of IT equipment and other relevant documents
  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Computing, Information Technology or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT technical support
  • Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
