Position: Customer Services Officer (5-day work) Reference Number: GEP/TGR/CSO/20181116

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality concierge services to our tenants and visitors in Grade A commercial building
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints, support marketing activities and the daily operations of our property management services
  • Assist in handling ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • 1 year of customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, hotel or property management industry
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different cultural background
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
