Position: Secretary Reference Number: GPM/SEC/20190218


  • Responsible for providing full spectrum of secretarial & administrative duties to General Manager and the team
  • Manage calendar, arrange business meeting and daily appointments
  • Handle payments and processing of documents for record purpose
  • Prepare correspondence and minutes for meeting, reports and presentation materials
  • Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the management


  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Formal secretarial training is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ secretarial experience gained from property developer or sizeable organization
  • Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Confident, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Mature with strong sense of accountability
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
