Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer services to mall shoppers and visitors at information counter
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist in loyalty program and car park redemption service
- Provide value added services to mall shoppers
- Assist in the operation of promotional events and activities
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
- At least 1 year’s customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, hospitality or property management industry
- A good team player, cheerful, energetic and passionate in service industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
- Knowledge of other foreign languages an advantage
