Position: Customer Services Officer (5-day work) Reference Number: GEP/LP/CSO/20181116

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality customer services to mall shoppers and visitors at information counter
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Assist in loyalty program and car park redemption service
  • Provide value added services to mall shoppers
  • Assist in the operation of promotional events and activities

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • At least 1 year’s customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, hospitality or property management industry
  • A good team player, cheerful, energetic and passionate in service industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages an advantage
