Great Eagle Holdings Limited became listed (Stock Code: 0041) with a net asset value of approximately HK$40 million and a market capitalization of HK$120 million.

Successfully bid for the site of Great Eagle Centre.

1982
Construction of Great Eagle Centre completed.

1989
Went into an agreement with Urban Renewal Authority (formerly Land Development Corporation) to jointly develop the Argyle Street/Shanghai Street (No. K2) project in Mongkok. In the same year, it successfully bid for the site of Citibank Plaza (later renamed Three Garden Road).
1992
Construction of Citibank Plaza completed.

1994
Acquired a hotel property, where The Langham, Hong Kong currently stands, in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Began to acquire luxury hotels around the world.
1996
Acquired The Langham (Hilton) in London and Chelsea, Toronto.
2002
Established Langham Hospitality Group, initiated a rebranding exercise for its hotels.
2004
Construction of Langham Place completed.
2006
Spun off Champion REIT for separate listing.
2013
Spun off Langham Hospitality Investments for separate listing.
2014
Acquired a site at Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po for residential development.
2015
Langham Hospitality Group launched Cordis Hotels and Resorts brand with its first flagship in Hong Kong.
2019
ONTOLO in Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po was put up for sale.
2021
Signed a novation agreement where Great Eagle and MTR Corporation Limited join hands in development for the Ho Man Tin Station Package One Property Development project.
2022
Langham Hospitality Group launched Ying'nFlo, a hotel brand which focuses on Millennials and Generation Z.
